Our wonderful team of booking experts are well aware that it is our job to know the ins and outs of the limo and party bus industry as we know that the vast majority of our potential customers will be contacting limo companies for their first time so we try to make sure that getting a free customized quote based on your stated needs is quick, easy, and accurate. We rely on word of mouth so it doesn't matter if you have a standing Friday night limo or if it's your first time looking into renting a party bus, we just want to make sure you and your guests have an amazing time out on the road with us, regardless of the event or occasion, your driver will be there for you ready to go.
The sooner the better. We have a first come, first serve policy, so if you wait until the last minute, we cannot guarantee that we will have the right size vehicle available. Most weddings book their transportation 6 months to a year ahead of time. Once you lock in your down payment it's officially yours.
The limo or bus is yours for your contracted time, and we want you to have a great time! Decorations, food, and drinks (including alcohol) are all welcome. However, we must follow the law, and we can't allow alcohol if passengers are underage. Also, for your safety, we do not allow weapons of any kind. Aside from that we simply ask that you remember to take your belongings with you.
At Limousine Fort Lauderdale, we make overages simple. We welcome you to go past your contracted time, as long as it does not conflict with any other runs that we have booked. If you do go past your drop off time, we charge per quarter hour. We determine the charge by dividing the hourly rate that you are already paying by four. You will be charged that amount every fifteen minutes. This means you will never be charged a higher rate than what you have already agreed upon! The overages can be paid at the end of the run in cash to the driver or you can have the amount charged to the credit card you placed your down payment with. If you know you'll be over time tell us.
Smoking is not allowed on our vehicles. We have this policy in order to keep our vehicles looking and smelling new. It helps us avoid burn holes and ashes, and provides an environment that all passengers can be comfortable in. We want to make sure smokers are comfortable as well, and that is why we include unlimited stops in our service. We will stop whenever and wherever you want so that you can step outside for a smoke break.
