While we will never just stick you with unexpected fees or charges, it is possible though rare to incur extra fees throughout your run when not properly discussed when making your reservation, along with the extremely rare fee for causing damages. We want to make sure we are up front about them so you know what to expect! Heading far outside our service area may get you an additional fuel surcharge. Our customer service representatives will let you know if this will occur and figure it into your quote. If you go past your agreed upon time, you will get charged overages. These are charged at the hourly rate you are already paying, and they will be due in cash at the end of the run. Finally, you will be charged for any damages or excessive clean up. These fees are clearly stated in the contract. Be sure to ask your driver or customer service representative to find out how to avoid them!
